Valmet will provide a set of Paper Machine paper transformation and transformation services including automation solutions to Shangrao Lulin Paper Co., Ltd. in Jiangxi Province. The company's goal is to expand production capacity by building a new paper mill. The No. 5 unit after the relocation and reconstruction is expected to start operation in early 2020.

The order was included in Valmet's new order for the first quarter of 2019. The contract amount has not been announced. The market price of similar projects is generally between 20 million and 30 million euros.

The paper machine ventilation system and the paper machine booting netet. Ventilation systems include hoods, heat recovery, and other air and ventilation equipment.

Automated supplies include Valmet DNA machine and process control systems as well as operational and condition monitoring systems. Paper quality is controlled by the Valmet IQ quality Control System with a full range of laterally distributed actuators and web monitoring.

The cardboard paper machine (net) is 8.65 meters wide and has a designed speed of 1,300 meters per minute to produce corrugated paper with a basis weight between 60 and 100 grams per square meter.
